Programme information you share with us, such as check-ins, assessments and progress, through the Everfit app.
Health information you choose to tell us (for example about an injury) so we can coach you safely. We treat this as special category data and only use it with your consent.
Website usage data such as pages visited and the device you use, through cookies — only if you accept them.

How we use it

To deliver your programme, coaching calls and support.
To check whether you have completed the £200 Money-Back Challenge requirements.

To measure and improve our website and adverts (with your consent).

Services we use

We use trusted third parties to run our service: Everfit (training app and payments), Calendly (call booking), Instagram / Meta (social media and, with consent, advertising measurement), Google Analytics (with consent) and our website host. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Our legal basis

We process your data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in running and improving the business, and with your consent for cookies and any health information.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law.
