Sound familiar?

Years at a desk add up. You can turn it around.

Most desk workers know they should move more. The hard part is knowing what to do, how to do it safely and how to keep going.

Stiff neck, aching back

You finish work with a stiff neck or an ache in your back.

Tight hips

Your hips feel tight after sitting all day.

Everyday moves feel harder

Getting up from a chair or off the floor is harder than it used to be.

Not sure where to start

You want to get back into exercise, but you don’t know what is right for you.

None of this means you are broken. It usually means your body needs a plan: the right movement, a bit more strength and a routine you can keep.

The 28-Day Desk Body Reset

Mobilise. Strengthen. Stay consistent.

Random stretches and stray exercise videos rarely stick. This is a structured plan that combines the three things desk workers need most — so you build a routine you can repeat.

01
Daily · 5–10 min

Mobilise

Short daily mobility routines for the hips, upper back and shoulders — the areas that often stiffen up from sitting.

02
3× a week · ~60 min

Strengthen

Progressive strength sessions that build week by week, so you feel stronger and more capable in everyday life.

03
Weekly check-ins

Stay consistent

Check-ins, coaching calls and a community to keep you on track — so the routine actually sticks.

Targeted mobility + Progressive strength + Accountability = A routine that lasts

Your coach

Hi, I’m George. Chiropractor and strength coach.

I’m a UK-registered chiropractor with a Master of Chiropractic degree, and I’ve been strength training for 14 years. I’ve coached over 300 personal training clients and treated hundreds of chiropractic patients.

Again and again I met busy people who had spent years at a desk. They felt stiff, weaker than they used to and unsure which exercises were right for them.

So I built the 28-Day Desk Body Reset: one simple plan that brings together what I’ve learned in the clinic and the gym — mobility, strength and the support to keep going.

  • Master of Chiropractic (MChiro)
  • GCC-registered chiropractor (UK)
  • 14 years of strength training
  • 300+ personal training clients
  • Hundreds of chiropractic patients treated
“You don’t have to accept feeling stiff and weak just because you’ve worked at a desk for years.”

FAQ

Questions? Good.

Here are the things people ask most before they join. Still unsure? Book a free call and ask George directly.

Or email GWRchiropractic@gmail.com

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes. Every exercise has a demonstration and clear instructions, and the plan builds up step by step. If you are new to strength training, or coming back after a long break, you start at a level that suits you.

Do I need access to a gym?

The programme is built around strength training, so you will need access to some training equipment. If you are not sure whether what you have is enough, book a free call and George will help you work it out before you join.

What if I already have back or neck discomfort?

Lots of people who sit for work have some aches. The programme is for general fitness and education and is not a medical treatment. If you have an injury, a medical condition or any worries about starting exercise, please get advice from a health professional first. You are welcome to book a free call to talk it through.

How much time do I need each week?

Plan for three strength sessions a week of about 60 minutes each, plus a short 5–10 minute mobility routine each day. There are also four weekly check-ins and three coaching calls (Day 1, Day 14 and Day 28).

What equipment do I need?

You need a phone with the Everfit app to follow your plan and log your sessions. For the strength sessions, you need access to suitable training equipment — George will go through your set-up with you at onboarding.

How does the money-back challenge work?

You pay £200 to join. If you complete all eight challenge requirements within the 28 days, you qualify to get your full £200 back. It is based on doing the actions — not on weight loss, strength, mobility or pain targets. Read the full challenge rules.

What happens after the 28 days?

At your Day 28 call you review your progress with George and talk about your next step. The aim is that you finish with a routine you can keep and a foundation for continued training.

Ready to start?

28 days. One clear plan. Feel stronger and move better.

Three strength sessions a week, short daily mobility and George in your corner — and you can earn your £200 back when you complete the challenge.

Refund is conditional on completing all 8 challenge requirements within 28 days. Read the full rules.
